Urdu Adhyapak Vidyalaya is situated in Nagpur, Maharashtra, and is an independent B. Ed. college that focuses on the education of teachers. This institution therefore started in the year 2006 and has been preparing teachers of the future for over fifteen years now. However, its area of coverage is limited as it occupies 0. 5-acre pieces of land in the entire compound for the college.

Recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), the institute fosters quality education that meets the country’s standard. Presently, this college has a 54-student population with 6 faculties serving them, thus producing a high-quality student-faculty ratio to enhance student direct interaction with teachers.

Urdu Adhyapak Vidyalaya at Nagpur is a dedicated teaching institution that provides programme on diploma in education (D. Ed. ). This is a two-year full-time course in D. Ed. specifically for teaching practice in Urdu medium school. The institute has had approval to admit only fifty students for this programme so as to ensure quality delivery is achieved.
