Vedantaa Institute of Medical Science, Vedantaa Hospital and Research Center, Palghar, was established in the year 2017. This is one of the top medical colleges located in the state of Maharashtra, India. Affiliated with the National Medical Commission (NMC), the institute imparts different medical programmes within the scope of medical science.

The institute admits students into the MBBS programme through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test ( NEET-UG ). For postgraduate courses in MD and MS, the institute admits students on the basis of the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for Post-Graduates ( NEET-PG ). This ensures that students with a strong base in medical sciences are admitted to the institute.
