Veludaiyar Polytechnic College was established in 2013 and is one of the affiliated colleges in the region established at Tiruvarur, Tamil Nadu. This young and promising institute provides only three diploma courses in the engineering fields and targets 385 students in total.

The college occupies a large area of 25 acres and therefore offers sufficient area for the college education and other co-curricular activities. Some of these programmes are Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Diploma in Civil Engineering.
