Victor Public College, Etawah:,was established in 2005 at Bharthana, Uttar Pradesh. This is an affiliated college, specifically approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) in providing teacher education courses. Spread over a compact 2-acre campus, this college provides an ideal learning environment for future educators.

With the total enrolment of 259 students and a faculty strength of 42, Victor Public College has always maintained a very favourable student-teacher ratio that ensures personalised attention and quality education. At present, the college conducts two full-time degree programmes : B. Ed. and D. El. Ed. Victor Public College has various facilities that can enhance the learning process of its students.

The college library has a collection of more than 11,000 volumes and acquires different journals, periodicals, magazines, and newspapers. All these collections are entry-level resources for students undertaking teacher education programs. The libraries are maintained by a qualified librarian and some qualified technical staff.

The campus also has in its fold departmental laboratories where the students receive practical learning to apply theoretical knowledge. The college offers two main courses: the Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) and the Diploma in Elementary Education (D. El. Ed). The two running courses are full time and take a span of two years each.

Ed 100 The admission procedure at Victor Public College, Etawah, is based on merit and through the rules formulated by state government, UT Administration, and the affiliated university. The admission in B. Ed. is based on the qualifying examination marks and/or entrance examination. In similar manner, D. El. Ed. also considers merit with reference to qualifying examination and/or entrance examination.
