The World College of Technology and Management was established in 2007 at Gurgaon, Haryana. It is a co-educational institute spread over 18 acres, having affiliations and being an approved college by AICTE. WCTM imparts 22 courses in 8 degree programs catering to different fields of study. The total student enrolment is 1,195, while the faculty strength is 117—thus, a healthy student-to-teacher ratio.

WCTM has various facilities in the institution that enhance both the learning environment and all-round development of the students. The college library is a hub of academic resources.
