Yaduvanshi College of Education, Mahendragarh

This co-educational Yaduvanshi College of Education was started in the year 2006 in the district Mahendragarh of Haryana. The campus of the college spreads over 4 acres, which thus provides an ample atmosphere for the growth of future teachers. The college is affiliated to the state university and approved by the National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi.

It has a wide spectrum of four specializations in the field of education with an enrollment of 739 students and a faculty strength of 24. The programmes covered here are Bachelor of Education , M. Ed, B. P. Ed. , and D. Ed. The sanctioned intake of the institution is 300, of which 200 for B. Ed. , 50 for M. Ed. , and the remaining 50 for B. P.

Ed, entrance tests are holistic and comprise written test, a fitness test, an interview, and percentage in the qualifying examination. Admission to D. El. Ed or Diploma in Elementary Education is based on merit which includes marks in the qualifying examination and/or entrance test results.
