AL Madina College of Education, Nalgonda

AL Madina College of Education, Nalgonda, is a college affiliated with Nalgonda, Telangana under the Government of Haryana, established in the year 2007. The institute is approved under the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) to run specialized programs. The college stands on a 3-acre campus and has a student strength of 100 aspirants with a faculty count of 16 members.

The AL Madina College of Education runs only one full-time degree specialty courses, Bachelor of Education (B. Ed), for the candidates who aspire to teach in society. All these facilities, along with the institute's constant stress on teacher training, combine to develop professionally competent persons in the area of teaching.

The college has a number of facilities developed to make the learning of the students productive. For the practical learning experience, the college always maintains well-facilitated science and social science laboratories with all the necessary maps and atlases.

The AL Madina College of Education has an IT infrastructure with an air-conditioned computer laboratory containing 20 personal computers with the internet to provide assistance for the project work and research activity to the pupils. Other facilities available include a health center equipped with first aid provisioning, sports facilities, a canteen, and transport services available to students and staff.

There is in total one full-time course in AL Madina College of Education, an affiliated College of College, all of which offer programmes for initial teacher education. Bachelor of Education (B. Ed. ) is a two-year undergraduate program; the total fee for this program is ₹56000. In total, there are only 100 approved intakes for all the seats provided, which allows students to have a quality education.

Admission is based on merit from a qualifying examination or the TSEdCET entrance exam, admissions for any of the B. Ed courses within it are as per the eligibility and qualifiers' marks in the respective examination.
