Atal Bihari Vajpayee Government Medical College works in Vidisha, it was founded in 2018 and is situated in Madhya Pradesh, India. Located in a vast area of 27. 09 acres, this government college is affiliated under the National Medical Commission (NMC) for medical education along with various other courses. The college has a total of 84 faculty members, and offers 13 programmes in 3 courses in medical specialties.

It also has different post graduate courses with MD or MS with specialisation in Community Medicine , Biochemistry, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Physiology, Paediatrics , Pathology, ENT , Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Microbiology, Ophthalmology and Forensic Medicine. These postgraduate programmes have intake capacities that are different from each other through the offered specialties with 2-7 seats.
