Bhai Ghanaiya Ekta College of Nursing, Moga; was set up in the year 2008 is an eminent institution specially involved in nursing education in the state of Punjab, India. This affiliated college is situated in the village of Karyal and occupies an area of 3 acres for creating a research-oriented ambience for potential and dedicated health care professionals.

Recognized from INC, the college strives to provide quality nursing education to promote nursing profession. Currently, the institute has a total number of 282 students and 27 faculties and staff that provide a personal touch and quality education. It is a women only college which provides a suitable environment for female roles in the healthcare services.

It has several functional and equipped structures that provide the denominational college nature of today’s learning environment. This century’s a well furnished girls’ hostel accommodation with two to a room adequate facilities are availed.

The library is designed as a knowledge center, and there is special Community, Nutrition, Fundamental, AV Aids, Maternal & Child Health, Computer laboratories where students can practice. There are opportunities for physical exercises in the sports facilities and other sections include an auditorium for extra-curriculum activities.

In as much as the college transport facility is limited to those within 40 Km from the college, the college boasts of a health centre with first aid amenities for the students. The course offered by Bhai Ghanaiya Ekta College of Nursing is a one-in-all package of nursing programs that meet different education level requirements of the nursing field.

The institute provides four full-time courses : The programmes are B. Sc Nursing (four years), Post Basic B. Sc Nursing (four years), General Nursing & Midwifery – GNM (three years), and Auxiliary Nurse & Midwifery – ANM (two years). The intake capacity of the college is 220 students in all the programmes put together and it stands to play a great role in providing the needed humanุษยன் The B.

Sc Nursing and GNM programmes have 60, 60, 40 and 60 respectively.
