D Admission Procedure PhD proposals are first screened to assess their alignment with the advertised faculty specialisations and the availability of supervisors before candidates are shortlisted for the admission test and interview. All eligible candidates, including those with a two-year M. Phil. degree or equivalent from an Indian institution, must appear for a written admission test.

Only those who qualify in the test will be called for the interview.
