75 acres total campus is in a focused area to develop the nurse professionals. Currently, the college has 158 students and eleven teachers, thus providing students with individualised academic and career mentoring. The College of Nursing has a vision of offering and enhancing provision of education through establishment of proper facilities to cover all learning aspect of nursing education.

It has well-equipped laboratories, a modern library, a fully equipped auditorium for both academic and co-curricula activities. To ensure the students have got adequate accommodation, the college provide a separate hostels for the boys and girls respectively to a maximum of 250 students.

These hostels offer a comfortable living with electricity supply these are adequate, safe and clean drinking water, mess facility has been outsourced. The college also has a cafeteria, quick and alternatives sports facilities, and a health center equipped with first aid. At present there is only one full time course started in the College of Nursing that is B. Sc Nursing programme.

This programme of study has a sanctioned enrolment capacity of forty; this is because this institute aims at pursuing the policy of offering quality education by admitting limited number of students per class. The B. Sc Nursing course is devised as to equip the students with necessary knowledge of nursing sciences in order for them to address modern day nursing practice complexities.

Although at the moment the college carries only one specialized course, this shows the willingness of the college towards providing quality nurses. The procedure of admission in the B. Sc Nursing programme at the College of Nursing, Tata Main Hospital, is that only those candidates are given the opportunity who are committed and efficient.
