DIAC New Delhi

Delhi International Arbitration Centre was established in 2009, is the first Institutional Arbitration Centre to be annexed by the High Court. An impartial, open, and expert organisation, DIAC promotes the increasing demand for institutional arbitration. The Indian government has designated the Delhi International Arbitration Centre as a "Institute of National Importance".

Internships lasting four to eight weeks are available to prospective students pursuing LLM/PhD programmes starting in their second or third year. According to the Arbitration Committee, 3289 claims were advanced and 897 cases were settled in 2023. DIAC facilities include a library, a moot court and various other modern amenities.
