Government Polytechnic Bicholim was established in the year of 1992. It was formerly performing as a branch of Government Polytechnic Panaji for Mining Engineering branch. The college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Government Polytechnic Bicholim was affiliated with the Director of Technical Education Goa.
GP Bicholim offers various courses for students at the diploma level in the Engineering stream.
