Government Zawlnuam College, Mizoram

The Government Zawlnuam College — an affiliated body – was admitted in 1986 and is privately owned and based in Zawlnuam, Mamit District, Mizoram. Located on a vast piece of land of 61. 77 acres, this college provides higher learning to students in North Eastern India.

The college is affiliated to the National Assessment and Accreditation Council, managed by NOKIA, which implies the proper level of quality of education maintained by the college. Government Zawlnuam College currently has 41 students and has 19 faculty members which makes it easier to give individual attention to each learner.

There is only a single programme which is offered by the college: the degree program which is majoring on Arts. Facilities available to student are diverse and aim at providing optimal learning environment and opportunities for students.

Government Zawlnuam College currently offers one full-time course: all that is needed is an accredited Bachelor of Arts ( BA ) programme.

This is a full-time three-year course to provide an effective understanding of the humanities and social sciences. Government Zawlnuam College has an easy admission process that is friendly to any interested students.

Candidates who wish to take admission in BA programme are supposed to sit for CUET UG , commonly known as Common University Entrance Test for admission into Under Graduate programs in various Universities of India. This exam acts as a funnel of admission to the college for students wishing to be admitted.
