Haji Ismail Degree College, Balrampur was established in the year 2000 as an affiliated college in Sadullah Nagar, Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh. The campus extends to 6. 25 acres of land with the approval of NCTE. The institution offers three specialised courses in Education, 795 students in total, and 11 teachers. For this reason, a compact model of teacher education is maintained.
