Hooghly BC Roy Institute, Hooghly, West Bengal, is an institution of immense pride, established in the year 2012. This affiliated college, under the NCTE act, is specifically for teacher education with a compact campus of 3. 7 acres. The institute provides an ideal learning environment for prospective teachers.
