International Institute of Mass Media, New Delhi

IIMM or International Institute of Mass Media was founded in 1999 and is a private standalone institute situated in New Delhi, India. IIMM is offering programmes in Media, Mass communication and Journalists at Diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate levels. As per NEP 2020, the institute is affiliated with Shobhit University to improve vocational & professional education.

There are four full time courses, BJMC, MJMC, PGD in Advertising Public Relations & Marketing, Diploma (Digital Marketing). IIMM New Delhi has a diverse and developed list of facilities that help students with their academic as well as practical education. Modern and equipped with comfortable furniture, computers and projection systems, the furniture of the campus includes classrooms.

An efficiently stocked library which is well furnished with references, periodicals, journal and books is available to the students. The computer laboratory of the institute contains software and tools necessary for media courses and has a highly efficient network connection.

Equipments like a print photography unit, sound and radio station, chroma studio and a news room studio help student gain live exposure in the field of media industry. In addition, a conference room equipped with a facility of video conferencing with an AV system adds value to learning experiences. This institute provides a total of four courses out of which all are full-time courses.

These are one diploma course, one undergraduate course, one postgraduate course and one postgraduate diploma course in following disciplines. Diploma in Digital Marketing, BJMC- Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication, Master of Journalism and Mass Communication , and PGD in Advertising Public Relations and Marketing.

The process of admission for IIMM New Delhi follows elaborated process to screen and mainly target the right candidates for their programmes. Therefore, it consists of a written test upon entry, a discussion in a group, and an individual interview.

This kind of a multiple phase evaluation system allows the institute to have an overall evaluation of their desired candidates and their academic ability to handle class work as well as their communication skills. Scholarship is available in the IIMM New Delhi and the percentage varies between 20% and 40% for the total tuition fees for some students.

IIMM Delhi provides scholarships to the eligible students. IIMM Delhi scholarships range from 20% to 40% of total tuition fees and are available for only 5 seats per course in each session. IIMM Delhi scholarships are available for students with skills in music (proficiency in one instrument), dance, theatre, graphic design, editing, camera work, economic disadvantage, or exceptional academic records.

Candidates can apply for scholarships of IIMM Delhi only if they meet the eligibility criteria of the scholarship. Candidates must include relevant certificates and documents to prove their eligibility for the scholarship.
