Jharkhand Teachers Training B. El. College was established in the year 2006 at Jhumari Telaiya, Jharkhand is a well-known college of the state. It is a co-educational college whose main goal is to produce educators of the future and is a part of a university. It has recognition from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and approval of the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
Established on a floor area of 1233 square meter, the college has expanded its student population to 137, and is staffed with 13 professional and dedicated teachers. College provides only two regular courses in education that can be completed in one year. The B. Ed programme and the D. El.
Ed programme admitting 100 students and 100 student respectively cumulatively make 200 student-intake for the college. This institution’s admission procedure relative to Jharkhand Teachers Training B. Ed. College fulfills its merit-based policy. Admission to both B. Ed and D. El. Ed programmes is given through merit in the qualifying examination or through an entrance test.
