JSS Institute of Education B. Ed College situated at Chamarajanagara started in the year 2004 is one of the recognized teacher education institutions situated in Mysuru, Karnataka. Located in a vast area of 6 acres the institute has got 92 students enrolment including faculty & staff of 7 members. This full time course has duration of two years with an approved intake capacity of one hundred students. B. Ed programme aims to equip trainee teachers with competencies needed in classroom teaching at the senior secondary and higher secondary levels.
Course work is merged with profound concepts in teaching pedagogy and teaching practices to ensure that successful graduates of the program are fully prepared for their teaching assignments.
