Maharshi Paramhansh College of Education, Ramgarh

Maharshi Paramhansh College of Education is a general affiliated college founded in 2011, Ramgarh, Jharkhand, India. Located close to the Civil Court on National Highway 23 at Huhua Kothar, this school is a co-educational college for teacher training. It is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).

With a campus spanning 0. 849 acres, the institute offers two full-time courses: B. Ed and D. El. Ed. The college has a total intake of 400 students, with an equal number of enrolments, and has 37 members of faculty. The college continues to establish various facilities for improving the learning environment of its students.

Maharshi Paramhansh College of Education offers two primary courses : Professional programmes include Bachelor of Education ( B. Ed. ) And Diploma in Elementary Education (D. El. Ed. ). Both are full-time programmes, and the length of the programme is two years each. They intake 100 students in the B. Ed programme and 150 students in D. El. Ed programme making it a total of 250 students.

These are specialised programmes whose aim it is to produce trained teachers to teach in various classes. The admission criteria to Maharshi Paramhansh College of Education are to have a valid rank in the qualifying examination and/or entrance test. The college follows the admission-established policy of the State Government of Jharkhand and the affiliated university. For the B. Ed.

programme as well, candidates are admitted following their score on the qualifying examination or entrance examination depending on the existing government and university rules and regulations.
