Maharshi Vedvyas Mahavidyalaya, Gwalior, was established in 2001 and is an affiliated college situated at Jangipur (Pichhore), Dabra, Gwalior (M. P. ). This institution is well-known in as a teacher training institution and provides the Bachelor of Education (B. Ed. ) programme.

The duration for the course is for a period of Two Academic Sessions, that is, 2 Years The intake capacity of the course is 100 students per year. approved intake of this two-year programme is 100 seats, out of which it caters to the students of education stream.
