Memari Government Polytechnic was established in 2016, one of the first technical institutes located in Memari, West Bengal. The affiliate college has been providing quality engineering education to students. Located in the middle of Purba Bardhaman district, Memari Government Polytechnic sprawls over Uttar Kailashpur with a congenial atmosphere for learning.

Having an enrollment of 350 students with 18 faculty members, Memari Government Polytechnic still manages to ensure individual care and attention to each student. With modern infrastructure, Memari Government Polytechnic strives for all-around development of its students.

Laboratory and other facilities in each department are adequately equipped and furnished to provide 'hands-on' experience so essential for technical education. Presently the institution offers three streams: Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Diploma in Civil Engineering and Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Each of the above-mentioned courses has an approved intake of 60 students thus accounting for 180 seats in aggregate over all the courses.
