Nilufer Rumana D. Ed. College, established in 2012, is an affiliated educational institute in Murshidabad, West Bengal. The same goes for D. El. Ed. as well. The merit-based admission to the programme will be based on the candidate's performance in the qualifying examination or any other selection process according to prevailing policies.
