Patel College of Pharmacy Bhopal was established in 2004; it is one of the prestigious colleges in Madhya Pradesh that provides education in the field of pharmacy. Established on Ratibad, Bhabdhada Road, Bhopal, it is a co-educational institute that provides various pharmacy courses.
As a constituent college of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, the college has been PCI-approved, emphasising conventional and professional education for pharmacy. Culturally and committed to quality, Patel College of Pharmacy offers its students a strong start in the field of pharmacy.
The college has embraced facility development programmes that make it easier for students to get the most out of their learning programme. The knowledge centre itself would be stocked with a lot of books for students to accommodate their research and learning needs.
In this regard, for those who have an interest in the sporting activities, the college has made it easy for any of the sporting personnel to balance between sporting activities and books. Discussed IT is impressive, with computer classes provided with a 10 MBPS Internet connection prepared for an online test with 480 students at the same time.
The college also has other regional laboratories to support resources for practical sessions in different pharmaceutical fields. First aid provided at the health centre enables the students to stay healthy, and a big parking area helps faculty, staff, and students solve transportation problems. The college also carries on the alumni connection necessary for students who need to find employment in the future.
This college currently has only two courses, being all full-time programmes, specifically in the field of pharmacy. These are Bachelor of Pharmacy ( B. Pharma ) and Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharma). The B. Pharma programme that takes four years has an approved admission capacity of one hundred students, and the D. Pharma programme offered in two years has an approved admission capacity of sixty students.
These programmes accommodate students at different levels of their pharmaceutical learning. Patel College of Pharmacy has laid some measures for a fairer and better admission process.
