The Post Graduate Government Institute for Physical Education is an esteemed institution of the Post-Graduate located in North 24 Parganas of West Bengal which is distantly related to the proper physical education. This affiliated college was founded in 1932 and for the last close to a century, it has been molding the future of sports education.

Affiliated to the Nationa Council for Teacher Education NCTE, the institute spreads a wide learning area over a vast 33 acre area.
