M. C. Shah Commerce College, was founded in the year 1963 and is a well-known college for commerce education in Ahmedabad, Prin. The affiliated college has a campus area of 2 acres with an enrolment of 1,832 students and a faculty strength of 12. All facilities are added to improve the learning processes.

At the basement, it accommodates a computerised library to keep stocked with the maximum variety of books, biographies, novels, and reference materials. M. C. Shah Commerce College takes pride in its new IT infrastructure. The college has a computer laboratory dedicated for the practical sessions of the students.
