Raipur B Ed College, Bankura

Raipur B. Ed. College was established in the Bankura District of West Bengal in India in the year 2008. This is a co-educational institution and an affiliated college that imparts education in the field of teacher education only. Spread over a compact area of 2. 06 acres, the college offers a single degree course with an enrolment capacity of 200 students.

The faculty strength of the institution is 13, and thus it follows a very focused approach towards education. Facilities available in the college add to the conduction of learning among its students. The library is a well-stocked resource center with a large number of books available related to drama, novels, biographies, and specialized educational and psychological texts.

Students have at their disposal various magazines, journals, and daily newspapers alongside photocopying services and internet-enabled computers. Other than these, the institute has separate boys' and girls' hostels that offer a homely environment while instilling discipline.

These sports lovers take part in the annual events on indoor and outdoor games such as carom, chess, athletics, and different types of throwing games.
