Ramkrishna Mandal Institution of Education, Howrah was founded in the year 2010. It is one of the major teacher-training institutions of West Bengal, India. Co-education institute built on compact 1-acre campus to mold the future teachers. This is an NCTE, New Delhi-approved institution, permitted to run two specializations with a total enrolment of 277 students.

There is a faculty strength of 24 experienced teachers to maintain a healthy teacher-tostudent ratio, ensuring proper attention and quality education. Infrastructural facilities provided by the institute aimed at enriching the learning experience of the students. This library with 4,517 books functions as the knowledge center for the future teaching fraternity with a reading room having sitting capacity of 80.
