Located in Purba Medinipur, West Bengal, Sahid Khudiram College of Education started its co-curricular activities in 2017. Sahid Khudiram College of Education, by nature, is co-educational, and the compact college with a coverage area of 0. 76 acres works relentlessly in molding future teachers.

This affiliated college has been recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education and ensures quality based on prescribed standards in pre-service teacher education. Currently, the institute provides two streams with an intake of 294 students, and the institution is backed up by a faculty of 35 efficient teachers.

Sahid Khudiram College of Education runs two regular courses: Bachelor of Education ( B. Ed ) and Diploma in Elementary Education ( D. El. Ed ). Each of these courses is for two years. There is a balanced intake of 100 seats in each course, thus totaling 200 seats in all its programmes. Sahid Khudiram College of Education covers its reputation for academic excellence through merit-based admission. In the case of the B. Ed course, the college offers admission against merit about the marks obtained in the qualifying as well as entrance examination, subject to the policies framed by the state government and the affiliated university. Admission to D. El. Ed.
