Shree Damodar College of Commerce and Economics at Margao was set up in 1973 at the state of Goa, India. This affiliated college with NAAC recognition has a vast course in offering commerce, management, and computer applications streams. The college occupies a small piece of land of 3. 05 hectare and has a total of 1283 students and 83 members of faculty.

It offers 9 programmes which include 6 under full time undergraduate programmes, 2 post graduate programmes and 1 doctoral programme BCA ,BBA and M. Com . Lecturer colleges have total approved capacity of 485 students all over the courses offered in the college. For the year 2022, college received total of 1283 students out of which 1220 were in under graduate and 63 in post graduate.
