Sumandeep Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital is a new college began in 2022, situated at Waghodia, Gujarat. The present constituent college forms part of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth, located at Piparia at the Vadodara district. As a relatively new college in the field it has been instrumental in delivering quality and homoeopathic education within a short span of time.

The recognition of the institute includes a teaching staff of 12 compassionate and committed professionals with a specialised course in homoeopathic system of medicine. Infrastructural facilities include a variety of structures the college has put in place in order to improve the learning environment of the students Lu et al, (2006).

A well-stocked library is an essential facility required in preparation for the extensive use of medical literature and research, both of which students require regularly. The campus clinic is as an ideal learning infrastructure together with first aid that will cater for all students’ health complications.

To cater for the students’ all round development ,Sumandeep Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital has sports facilities and a hall that doubles up as a cultural and academic facility. Complementing this focus on homoeopathy, SHMC&H presently offers just one course of study, the Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) .

This programme takes six years and is full time to capture the nature of education in homoeopathy. This college offers hundred seats for this course which is an approved limit showing the colleges ability to provide good education to many intakes of homoeopathic practitioners.
