Swosti Institute of Management and Social Studies (SIMSS) was launched in the year 2013 and is one of the fastest-growing management institutes for business education in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Though a co-educational institute, this institution occupies 1. 5 acres of land and provides multiple programmes in hotel management & tourism.

SIMSS is an affiliated college that offers 7 courses in 6 degree programmes and has 340 student intakes. These include Bachelor of Hotel Management ( BHM ), Master of Hotel Management (MHM), and Master of Tourism and Travel Management ( MTTM ).

It also has postgraduate diploma courses in the areas of PGDHM and PGD in Travel and Tourism Management and Diploma in Hotel Management . The institute’s emphasis on professional or vocational training is also served by something called the Training and Placement Cell, which essentially coordinates the campus recruitment and helps the students make a transition from student to employable professional.
