Travancore College of Nursing, Kollam

Travancore College of Nursing Kollam is affiliated college established in – 2010, in Kollam district of Kerala, India. Located and spread across 4 acres of land, this co-educational institute is INC approved to provide quality nursing education. This college is currently hosting a total of two hundred and two students, and twenty-two teaches with a clear specialisation in nursing.

Even though it is impossible to find the detailed rank of the college, Travancore college of Nursing is known in the region as one of the institutions providing professional nursing education. Travancore College of Nursing pride itself for possessing several infrastructures that accommodate the students’ needs and/or activities.

It provides different hostels for males and females to live in to ensure a proper accommodation to students. The campus has a library and it is well stocked to cater of the students’ information needs for academic work. In the event of any health complications there is a health facility section which includes first aid. The college also pays much attention to physical health through a hair, sports hall, and a gym.

In order to support learning, the institution avails state of the art IT facilities both for theory and practical learning in laboratory settings. This programme of study lasts for four years and the college is only allow to take seventy students per year as this is agreed to enhance quality education delivery with reasonable class sizes. The number of students enrolled in this institution gives a total of 202 across years which shows a good enrolment.
