Vel Tech, Chennai Admission Procedure:- Vel Tech, Chennai offers admissions to B. Tech programmes based on the scores of VTUEEE, to B. Com, BBA, B. Sc Visual Communication/B. Sc Multimedia programmes based on the merit of the qualifying exam of students, to B. A LL. B/B. Com LL. B programmes based on LSAT / CLAT scores, to M.

Tech programmes based on GATE scores or VTPGEE scores, to MBA programmes based on GMAT / CAT / XAT / MAT / CMAT / NMAT scores or the scores of V-MAT Entrance Examination. The institute also offers admissions to Ph. D programmes based on the scores of the written test followed by an interview round conducted by the authorities of the institute.

However, candidates with UGC/ CSIR(JRF)/ NET/ SLET/ Teacher-Fellowships/ M. Phil or any other equivalent exam are not required to write the Ph. D entrance exam of the institute.
