Guru Gobind Singh College of Dental Sciences and Research Centre of Dental Science and Research Centre, started in 2006, is a dental college located in Burhanpur (M. P. ) and is a reputed one. This an affiliated college, recognised by the Dental Council of India (DCI), provides good standard education in dental sciences. Located on a 5-acre land, the college has a team of 138 committed and qualified faculty members.
GGSC Dental Science and Research Centre has provided numerous amenities to complement learning and growth of students within the college facility. Included in the campus facilities are the hostels facility, boys hostels and girls’ hostels are available to facilitate accommodation for those who stay on campus.
A librarian equipped library which plays an important role in offering dental knowledge through stockpiling lots of related literature. In addition, the college has a health centre with first aid for the students. In this respect, to develop a strong character in the students, provision has been made for the development of sports and gymnasium.
Facilitating this is a strong material resource support characterised by its compliance with computers and the internet catering to the IT needs of contemporary learning strategies. It also provide for a cafeteria for the provision of diet necessities of the students and all other members of the institution.
A hall on campus is used to host numerous complimentary events and seminars which makes the campus vibrant concerning academics. The students of Guru Gobind Singh College of Dental Sciences and Research Centre will be provided with the broad perspective of dental education. The college has a BDS programme , it being a full time course that covers five years of study.
BDS is the flagship programme at this school and the school has been approved to admit one hundred students per year. The BDS programme offered at Guru Gobind Singh College of Dental Sciences and Research Centre Gautam Nagar, Rohtak has the admission based on National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-Under Graduate ( NEET-UG ).
It is a unique national-level test that is compulsory for all the students who wish to take admission in a dental college.
