Mathrusree Degree and PG College, Nalgonda, was started in 2005 and lies in Choutuppal, Telangana, and is an affiliated college. This is a mixed academic institution with many degree courses for both boys and girls at the undergraduate level and postgraduate level in various fields of study. Having a campus area of 4 acres, the college has a total number of 519 students and a total number of faculty members of 12.

Mathrusree Degree and PG College offers 10 courses under three degree courses in Commerce, Science along with Management stream. Mathrusree Degree and PG College has infrastructural facilities with a view of improving the learning facilities for its students.

The library contains updated editions of reference books as well as textbooks, government gazettes, new and old newspapers, and periodicals to allow the students to update themselves with current affairs. IT facilities are remarkable, with internet facilities and computer laboratories with modern teaching amenities involving LCD projectors and scanners.
