Sendhwa Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital, which was started in 2000, is affiliated college situated at Sendhwa, Madhya Pradesh. The courses in this interested are concerned with Homeopathic studies and the institution is recognised by the Central Council of Homeopathy (CCH).

Locating the college in a five-acre campus, it has only one course at the college level, namely, Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS). At present the college has 45 faculty members and the college is dedicated to deliver quality education in homeopathy.

The institute recognises the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for entry into the course to maintain a uniform portal to the profession for wannabe homeopaths. Sendhwa Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital possess many gadgets and institutionaries that seek to give the college and its students a touch of quality.

This well stocked library is stocked with homeopathy books and allied subjects besides other current periodical including journals and magazines are also subscribed to ensure students are well equipped for their study needs.

The college possess a 50 bedded homeopathic hospital having its premises at the heart of the township which helps the students of the college to get practical training also caters the Medical Nursing Home and facilities needy population of the society.

The institution also has different hostels for male and female students and each of them houses 50 students in order to improve the standards of living of the students who live in hostel. At present, Sendhwa Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital runs only one course namely Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine & Surgery ( BHMS ). This is a six- year full time programme that prepares the holder in homeopathic medicine.

The sanctioned intake for this course is 100, but the college offers admission to a large number of students who want to become homeopathic doctors every year. This programme is hence structured to expose the students to the theoretical aspect of homeopathy as well as the practical knowledge required in order to practice.

Currently, most of the homeopathic medical colleges accept students from the NEETs or National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. NEET scores are a precondition for those applicants who want to join the BHMS programme in this institution*. The college also has some regulatory requirements and deadlines and generally only admits students once a year.

Although it is difficult to pinpoint exact scholarship details as at when offered, the Institution must provide for one or several types of Scholarships as it is realities among most medical colleges.
