Silver Oaks College of Nursing is located at Mohali, Punjab and was established in the year 2003, it is a noted educational institution focused exclusively to the field of nursing. Situated in Abhipur, Punjab, this is a co-educational college spread over a 5 acre campus for the first and second year students preparing for the healthcare careers.

Having got INC affiliation, Silver Oaks College of Nursing is an affiliated institution that aims at imparting quality nursing education to the potential nurses. In its three batches, which now have a total enrolment of 261, the institute has 12 faculty members, implying individual attention and mentoring.

Currently, the college teaches six courses cutting across three degree programmes with a focus on various areas of nursing education. To this end, the college has put in place provision of student health with a health centre that offers first aid services. Other facilities are IT infrastructure, dining hall, an event/ seminar hall and an indoor recreational hall for sports and games, gymnasium. Silver Oaks College of Nursing has developed a wide waist of offered programme to fulfil the education requirements of its students.

It offers 6 full time programmes out of which it offers bachelors, masters and diploma level courses. Overall available sanctioned strength is 200 seats for all the courses in order to maximise the number of chances for nursing aspirants. The B. Sc Nursing course is offered in the college .
